Daniel LaFar, TargetCare CEO, experienced firsthand the challenges of high healthcare costs and an unhealthy workforce in a manufacturing environment. He realized that these costs were largely driven by preventable medical expenses.

In 2004, Daniel founded TargetCare with a mission to bring preventive healthcare to the workplace in order to lower healthcare costs and provide a benefit to employees. Since then, we’ve been helping others grow their businesses and their bottom lines by proactively improving the health and well-being of their employees.
